“Purchase was easy online. Processing date for delivery simple. Just wish it arrived. Devon Heaven were really good and refunded in full. Courier DHL are terrible.”

“This was bought as a Christmas present for an elderly friend. She was very pleased with the contents. Unfortunately the delivery driver left it in the porch of the wrong address. Luckily the family knew who and where it should have gone to and kindly delivered it the same evening.”

“I ordered a hamper containing scones, cream, strawberry jam, pasties and two bottles of local beer. Everything was perfect! The large pasties were delicious - please offer them regularly.The scones were also delicious, daubed with cream and jam. And my husband loved the beer.”

“I can honestly say that Devon Heaven is my first go to for a present for anyone who lives away from me.The scones are to die for and your jam I have never tasted any better .You have always delivered on time.Ordering is easy using your website and everyone I have sent a hamper to is delighted. A great opportunity to introduce a proper Devonshire cream tea to family and friends all over the country .”

“Have used this company before and had no trouble unfortunately this time not so good. Place two orders one for delivery for a Fri and one for the Sat. The Friday delivery wasn’t delivered until the Sat which was too late also very disappointed with the packaging as they just arrived in the box the food was in. One was slightly dented and mince pies inside had obviously shifted in transit along with a large label I was unable to use as a gift. Parcels were just left on the step on a wet day so sorry to say o won’t be using again”

“I needed to buy a Christmas present for someone who lives a long way away. I had already ordered one earlier in the year for someone's birthday, and they loved it. So, no brainer, as they say. I ordered it about 6 weeks in advance, the order went through, the hamper was delivered on the day I asked for, within the the two hour slot. They loved it! Apparently the strawberry jam was the best they had ever tasted! I have no hesitation recommending the food and expertise of these people. The food was really good, the delivery was second to none, and the people I bought it for really enjoyed it.”

“Easy to order and excellent delivery service plus it is on time . The quality of goods is brilliant fresh and tasty .The jam alone is wonderful. Packaging is beautiful.
