“When I discovered that the family to whom I was sending the Christmas gift were out of the country and the parcel was already on the road I contacted Devon Heaven and I received an immediate, sympathetic reply. Between us, the deliverers and a kind neighbour we made the best of an unfortunate situation. I rate this as very good customer service.”

“I ordered 2 hampers one arrived no issues the other was 5 days late so the items were no good, asked for a refund as scones and cream had to go in bin. They refused at first but did offer one once I said I would return the unopened box to them. Disappointed as was a Xmas present for someone so alternative gift had to be sourced when it didn't turn up.”
