“Hamper not delivered despite correct address given and no one phoned to tell me they couldn't deliver. No refund either just a load of emails sayiong the same thing. Will not be using them again! Gave them 1 star as the hamper did look lovely even though my aunt and uncle will never sample it.”

“I've ordered 3 times from Devon Heaven. The choice of gifts are delicious! I'm really impressed with the fact that everything arrived exactly when it said it would. I was able to set a date for delivery, for birthday and Christmas Eve! Feedback from recipients- all really enjoyed their gifts! Well done - will order again.”

“The products are very good, fresh and value for money. A lovely gift. However your website T&C are bizarre . You cannot state you are not responsible for information! Also despite repeated requests to get my details correct and your assurances that this had been done , it has not. Good products but the e side of your commerce needs improvement.”

“I ordered 10 hampers as Christmas presents and each person confirmed they had received them on the date I requested, that the pasties where huge and delicious, as were the cream teas. One of the best Christmas present decisions I made as I couldn't get out to the shops. Ordering was easy, prices were reasonable and the service was fantastic. I would have given 5 stars if I was able to have made a change to one of the set hamper packages, which I was prepared to pay a bit extra for. However, overall I would highly recommend Devon Heaven as I have used them for birthday surprises too!”
