“I sent a devon tea to both my sisters and their husbands, both enjoyed them very much BUT unfortunately my younger sister and husband were out when the " tea" was delivered and the package was left on the doorstep and got soaking wet. Luckily the contents was not damaged so they still enjoyed their gift.”

“Hamper not delivered despite correct address given and no one phoned to tell me they couldn't deliver. No refund either just a load of emails sayiong the same thing. Will not be using them again! Gave them 1 star as the hamper did look lovely even though my aunt and uncle will never sample it.”

“The products are very good, fresh and value for money. A lovely gift. However your website T&C are bizarre . You cannot state you are not responsible for information! Also despite repeated requests to get my details correct and your assurances that this had been done , it has not. Good products but the e side of your commerce needs improvement.”
