“The items were extremely delicious, tasted fresh and to a very high standard. Set out in the hamper beautifully. It is the 3rd time I have ordered these and they never disappoint. Will definitely continue ordering for the special occasions! Arrived on the day with a small delivery timeslot too. Would not recommend anywhere else!”

“Fantastic service! The quality of the Afternoon Tea contents were superb. It was a surprise gift for my son, who was born in Devon, but now living in Hertfordshire. He was amused to read the information about putting the cream on first - never any doubt that this is the only way! Well packaged & arrived when expected. “I have ordered over twenty cream tea hampers in the last seven years. My last order was delivered for mother's day 2026. Box seal had been broken and the jam missing. Customer service said they would speak with DHL and ascertain what went wrong. After a few days they came back to me and asked "do I still want the jam delivered". Wow! For starters my parents didn't feel comfortable consuming the contents of an opened box, let alone eating scones without jam. In addition, zero proactive outreach on compensation. Why ask if you still want something you already paid for?! Ultimatley, mother's day ruined. I posed the question as to whether they thought this was acceptable and zero response. Just a pot of jam in the post. Honestly, zero issues in the past but from now on I will not purchase anything given the laclustre response.”

“Really great, quick and easy. Just a shame about the price. £20 for 4 scones is definitely on the maximum margin gain possible on this product. But cannot fault the service for a last minute Mother’s Day gift.”
