“Placed the order a couple of days before Father's Day, and it was quickly despatched before the day I selected and arrived on time. Items were packed neatly in the box and the pasties kept cold to help them last longer. Safe to say my dad was thrilled with it. He really enjoyed the steak pasties, devon ale and crisps. Would highly recommend Devon Heaven.”

“Very poor experience on each occasion I have used them. Special occasion hampers are not so special when items are missing or the incorrect hampers are sent out. The first time it happened, I just thought it was a one off and they apologised profusely so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and placed 2 Father’s Day hampers with them, pasty and cream tea hampers. The scones were missing from both hampers. £2.50 was reimbursed on each hamper for the scones. Which means the pasties (1 in each hamper) cost me a total of £20 each. Not a good experience would not recommend. Please remove me from all your mailing lists.”

“It is the second time I have placed an order with Devon Heaven. I was very pleased with their service a few years ago, so I decided to place an order to surprise my Dad for Father's Day. I am happy to say that I again had a great experience, and so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. My gift was very easy to order, I was able to choose which day I wished the first to be delivered on. I was kept fully informed every step of the way, and I was given a delivery time on the day within a stated hour. I was then able to let my Dad know when his parcel would arrive. I have recently placed gift orders with other companies, and have been disappointed by failed and untimely deliveries. Thank you so much for the excellent service and communication. My Dad loved his gift, and I would definitely order further gifts with Devon Heaven.”

“Order arrived as requested & met expectations. Was well packaged. Was purchased as a gift by our children to give their Dad for Father's Day.
