“Good selection of food although the recipient commented that some of the items were not from Devon such as the cake I was expecting it all to be from Devon as I live in the county and they live in Kent”

“This was a gift for my daughter who had recently been discharged from hospital The scones were great , also the jam The cream was not nice, which spoilt the cream tea event.”

“Second time of using Devon hampers both times delivery and purchasing went well good communication and updates throughout. Unfortunately the second purchase was not as good quality as the first, with the scones being much more Doughy, almost chewy, sticking to roof of your mouth and the cream was much less flavoursome than the 1st lot almost tasteless. Dont know if this was because second purchasing was around mother's day and perhaps they were busier than usual and took eye off quality monitoring. I”

“I recently bought 4 hampers from you and paid a lot of money for them I unfortunately made 1 error in sending 1 hamper with the wrong postal address 3 arrived but 1 didn’t I was so upset and contaced you for advice and was told you had to pay £17.00 to rectify this This sevice was just not good enough I will not be using your company again as the aftercare service was appalling Linda Banbury Frankaborough farm holiday cottages”

Unfortunately when you enter an incorrect postcode for a different area of the country DPD charge £17 (new postage + admin fee) to have the address changed. If we paid this for you your order would with leave us making a loss which isn't fair given you acknowledge that it was your mistake. Having the correct postcode is very important which is why we say 'Shipping Postage - CHECK CORRECT' on our order form. I'm sorry that there's no way around this. Thanks, Sam

“The quality of content was high and delivery was swift and timely. However the picture differed from the list of content, I should have paid more attention as I'm slightly disappointed for receiving less than expected.”

“I have not received a Hamper only send them to friends and family in the UK therefore l don't know how they are liked or otherwise. What l do appreciate is the service knowing that what l send will be sent when l give a date. Thank you Mavis Hamlin, Auckland New Zealand”
