“I live in the US and all my family is in the UK. I have found that I can always depend on Devon Heaven to take my order online and so easily and they keep me informed as to when my order goes out and on to delivery. I never have to worry about did the order go thru and was it delivered. My relatives always enjoy any Devon Heaven order that is sent. I always receive wonderful feedback. I will be a recurring customer.”

“A cream tea hamper (supplemented) by some prosecco in the hamper) ordered as a 'thank you' gift to a friend for a difficult job very well done. The friend's address was incomplete so the delivery driver couldn't deliver straightaway. However, an email to the DHL helpdesk with the full address enabled the delivery to be made within a day or so of the original day. The friend subsequently reported that she and a neighbour had enjoyed an excellent experience when they opened the hamper and started to eat and drink. The whole process from ordering to delivery was exceptionally good. Thoroughly recommended.”

“I was very happy with this hamper from start to finish. It arrived on time, well-packaged, and exactly as described. Every item inside was delicious, fresh and thoughtfully selected. The variety was perfect-from savory pasties to indulgent scones and cream. Customer service was responsive and helpful, making the entire4 experience both smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend for a gift or a treat for yourself! Bonus note: being from the area it felt wonderfully connected to home. The flavors reminded me of a wonderful triip to the coast-fresh, hearty, and deeply comforting-like a warm memory wrapped up in a box.”
