“Excellent customer services for our Dubai hotel booking. Nikita was very professional and answered all our questions concerning the hotel to ensure it matched our exact requirements. There was an issue with the phone line and Nikita called us back straight away and completed the booking. She also checked to ensure we received all the paperwork for our special trip. Very impressed!”

“They booked all the items very quickly and provided booking reference numbers. I will find out when we go as unable to check the transfer bookings although they are probably OK as well since they appear to be with a company we have used before.”
