“Shauna made the process of getting a quote and booking very easy. She was professional in listening to my requirements and called me regularly but did not over chase to see if she could be if any further help as I was making decisions. (Disappointingly one of Shauna's colleagues didn't pass on a message to her to call me back when she was on the phone when i called hence the 4 below. Shauna responded promptly to emails)”
