“Booked with Kirsty Booked with Kirsty and she was very knowledgeable about Khao Lak and the resort as she had recently been there. “Destanation2 provided me the best price for my hotel in Dubai. Finn the sales rep was polite and helpful. My only disappointment was the lack of clarity of the half board package which was not explained and in my admission I did not ask as I assumed you could choose between half board and lunch. Back and forth with their customer service ended with no resolution even though I stated that all I required was an amendment due to this. I felt let down as there was NOTHING they offered to resolve this. I would advise anyone using Destination2 to go through what they have purchased with a fine tooth comb as the customer service team will not budge to help. We resolved the issue with the hotel but the stress caused by Destination2 was massive and upsetting they could not amend my booking or take my concerns on board.”

Waseem thank you for your review, we do feel that we should comment that it was shown no agreement was reached about the specific board basis you expected, and you admit assumption was made on your part about that. However, we do disagree that there was no resolution offered, the higher rate costs for the arrangements you wanted were provided but you declined. Unfortunately, since you had paid us a contract rate for the arrangements we booked, any change to a higher rate did require that payment if we were to amend with the supplier involved. We are pleased you otherwise sorted this directly.
