“I have been using them for many years and generally they are excellent. There is one area which always arises and is disappointing and worrying. each time a quote is given when it comes to confirming the booking the price rises, this occasion it was by £300 and I think this is unacceptable.”

“We used Destination2 a few years ago and got a great deal on a trip to Ras al Klaimah. Our trip was organised and we had a great week. We have not travelled since the pandemic and decided to use Destination2 again. The lady who helped us book was really helpful, as Destination2 always are, and managed to answer every question we had. Unfortuanetly i cannot rememeber her name. We are now looking forward to a great trip to Dubai in April.”

“I’ve never used Destination 2 before so when I realised ide made a massive mistake with my booking it was with great trepidation that phoned . I needed to sort my problem out with D2 well what a massive surprise I spoke to Mr Sean Catterall and he sorted my problem out instantly,I felt so relieved I was very very impressed with there service and I will definitely be using D2 again,thanks Sean for your help and fantastic service”

“I had no issues with the booking service provided by Destination 2. However i did have issues as to how the ticketing and coformation was sent out. As I had booked flights that were with BA, it was my assumtion that I would register with BA, but after several attempt that had failed to find the flight through BA app, I contacted your office to inform them of the issue and they informed me that they would get back to me. I have heard nothing. I have since found out myself that the booking was actualy made through BA's partner American Airlines so can see the flights, but cannot see the information on thier web site for adding passport information or seating assignment, as this informs me that that cannot be completed through thier website for a partner airline.”

“Angel is amazing, so if anyone is making a booking ask for him. Has a can do attitude and will do attitude and makes it happen. I could not find the email with my final documents which obviously are required, rang and got through to Angel, he listened attentively then explained what he was going to do and then actioned it…what customer service …an asset to destination2 thank you Angel.”
