“I ordered a light grey hoodie, however when it came it was in-fact lilac/ lavender. At first I was disappointed but then the lilac grew on me, and it’s my favourite jumper. It also had a mark on it, but luckily this came out in the wash.”

“Happy with product but dissatisfied with delivery. Paid £10 for next day delivery which should have been the Saturday, however product was not delivered until the Monday which if I'd selected this date it would have been free delivery anyway. Thank you”

“I’m from the Netherlands and I chose the wrong colour for these shoes. They accidentally dispatched it and after a few mails, we agreed that I refuse the package at delivery and then it will get send back. Delivery was very quick, 2 days from dispatch to door. 1,5 week later I got a mail that they refunded me and that it could take 3 days before it is visible. Great heads up. Designerwear did not refund the postage/shippingcost but that got solved really quick after a few mails. Customer service can be a hit or miss, but overall it was good. Jack you the man! Haha”
