I ordered a radiator which was supposed to be instock on Friday 22nd September for delivery on Monday 25th. The bathroom refurb was already underway, so it was required on an urgent level. Monday came and went with no delivery, and try hard as I might on Tuesday no one would answer the phone. I left a message and emailed them to try to find out when the radiator was due for delivery, but as of this time I cannot contact anyone to get an answer. Appalling customer service, I'm now torn between ordering from elsewhere to ensure delivery, but I cannot cancel the order without speaking to someone. I will never use them again, and would advise others to be cautious.
