My order took two weeks to arrive- over a week late. When I rang to chase it up, it was dealt with very sloppily. The lateness off the delivery held up my bathroom rebuild project.
When the radiator did arrive, it did so without the valves or the pope covers that I had ordered.
I was politely told I would receive a refund for these parts (as my plumber bought some for half the price)- yet I am still waiting on any sign of a refund or even a confirmation email.
Overall, a terrible customer experience.
