“I previously bought a towel rail from the Designer Bathroom Store and when I came to fit it I found that the valves supplied did not quite work based on where the pipes were already located. No problem! I phoned them and they straight away offered to send a design that worked better free of charge. Really great customer service so I would highly recommend them.”

“Having been let down badly by 2 other companies I had an online chat with Murray , who was great. He rang me up out of opening hours and I placed an order for Phoenix Eon radiator with rails and valves. Ordered Tuesday night and all arrived Thursday morning fantastic service 👌”

“The order and delivery service was brilliant. Technical support was also very efficient, please pass on my thanks to Laura for her speedy reply to my question. In terms of the product the fitting process could be simplified if a paper template were to be provided showing where the brackets should be fitted and if a thin line was added on either side on the back of the front panel indicating where the holes for the towel rails should be drilled the install time would be dramatically reduced.”
