“I ordered a towel radiator and was happy with the service. It said 1-5 working days and I imagine the spread was to allow for the fact they have to order it from the supplier if they don't have it in stock themselves which was the case here. I spoke to their customer service department during this time to get more info on the order and they were very helpful. In the end it took 5 days so as advertised and the radiator arrived and looks great. Based on my experience I would recommend them.”

“I couldn't find a slimline towel radiator with height from anywhere. I had never heard of your company and so happy I took the chance as it is perfect! Great quality. Received quickly and exactly what I ordered! It cost more money than other suppliers but no other company's had this precise size I required so was happy to pay more! Thank you”

“Great Prices and Excellent Service ! I bought a 'Gina' electric model towel warmer which arrived very quickly well packaged and in perfect condition. The anti corrosion liquid and the thermostatic element arrived separately and also in perfect condition and well packed. We were provided with clear insructions on how to fill the radiator and the staff who handled my order were very well informed about the product and how it would be shipped. I would unhesitatingly buy again from Designer Bathroom Store.”

“The Bathroom Store service and delivery was good. The shower bench is not satisfactory because the instruction was to tighten the four grub screws once assembled. All four screws simply dropped inside the frame, never to be seen again. Consequently the bench is not rigid and I shall have to warn guests not to trust themselves to it. It’s ok for my needs which is just as a footrest so I can wash my feet.”
