“Customer service was excellent, they were extremely helpful and efficient. Unfortunately the item wasn't quite as expected so I had to return it (toilet seat). That is why I have only scored 4. Otherwise I would have given a score of 5. There was no problem returning the item and getting a prompt refund. Thank you.”

“Brilliant service and Company highly recommended ! They have the finest selection of radiators. Have bought a few radiators in the last 3 years and excellent service each time. Currently require a replacement valve and spoke with Murray. Offered a choice as per my requirements and replacement being sent out. One very happy and satisfied customer.”
