“Tried to order a vanity unit and it said it would be delivered in 4 to 7 days. Got a email 2 days later saying they don't have stock and could I wait until the 10th of November (20 days after purchase) when they will receive more stock. I asked if they could please confirm this date as I am on a deadline and they did. now on the 12th , after chasing for 2 days they said they will only get stock in the new year... strange thing is I am still able to go to the website and buy it with delivery in 4 to 7 days now??? be careful as they don't have stock and give false information on when you will receive you purchased items. If you are happy to wait a couple of months then sure.”

“Ordered taps wed evening, delivery was quoted at 3-5 working days and taps were received Monday. Very well packed, would recommend and use this site again. Also, prices are excellent!!”

“The product is good, was easy to fit, and works well. The day of my order I received an email saying it would be delivered the next day. It didn’t arrive, so I phoned them in the late afternoon asking when it would come and was told I’d receive a call back. This never occurred, and the parcel arrived a few days later. So, good product, not great customer service.”

“Absolutely shocking service ! have been mis-lead from the off !! have been given the run around from customer service really poor experience. Of note do not assume because your payment is taken you item is in stock ! Unfortunately will not be using this company again ! dire !!”

“Apart from delivery, Designer Bathroom Store were great. Their delivery company let them down but I give them 5 stars because their staff did their best, always helped and came through pretty quickly. Post sale support has also been very good.”
