“I started using Dermatica over a year ago for both ageing skin and acne. It has taken my skin a long time to tolerate tretinoin, and there have been times when I have had to stop using it as my skin became so sensitive. However, it has been a worthwhile journey. My skin is much clearer both from acne and discolouration. Any spots I do get clear up so much quicker. I wouldn’t say that it has dramatically improved my wrinkles, but my skin definitely looks fresher and smoother than before. I also use Dermatica’s azelaic acid (have I spelt that right?!), and their light weight gel moisturiser both of which I would highly recommend.
I will definitely be continuing my journey with Dermatica. One piece of advice I would give to anybody using tretinoin is when cleansing do not use a flannel. Use a very soft wash cloth. Flannels are way too harsh when you are using something as strong as tretinoin.”

“I bought the spf 50 and it’s a lovely creamy texture, doesn’t leave a white cast on me but as it’s quite thick it takes a while to soak in. I may keep it for the autumn and use my lighter spf for the summer”
“Ordered the 20% azelaic acid cream. Arrived quickly (1-2 days), and it’s a pretty good product (keeps my acne under control, and leaves skin feeling soft and smooth - with continued use, of course.) Suffice to say, I’ve had a pretty good experience with Dermatica, at least thus far.”
