“The whole process from ordering to delivery went smoothly , and on time. The only comment I would make is there were supposed to be fixing instructions but there wasn’t. However I didn’t need them so it was fine. The circular patio looks great now it’s laid. Very happy”

“Very helpful lady on the phone. Placing of order and plan for delivery very good indeed. But communication with delivery service could be improved - driver had difficulty finding location in spite of post code and information given on phone. Also promises on notification of delivery time did not happen. Some communication would have been helpful. He phoned only when he couldn't find the delivery location!”

“we bought these lovely stones for our garden, I was very surprised how lovely it would look, It still looks lovely even though it is winter, apart from the odd weed it has such nice colour it is a great product.”

“I purchase a bird bath with Rabbits etc, it is a lovely item and I am pleased with it, however the base is quite narrow compared to the top this makes it unstable and because I have a windy garden it has blown over a few times, maybe the manufacturers could make the base wider and heavier which could improve the problem.”

“Saw the Garda fall water feature in a local garden centre,found it cheaper on line so ordered same, came within the week delivered by a friendly driver who offloaded it and placed it under my car port thankfully as it was too heavy to lift on my own. Easily unpacked and installed and is admired by our friends. Worth the money.”

“Received the pebbles as ordered and pleased with the quality and size of them. However most dissapointed with the delivery of them. Kerbside drop I can appreciate, but the bag was split resulting in unhappy neighbours! Stones all over pavement consequently I had to shovel them from front to back myself as husband home late. Result: unhappy neighbours and myself left with bad back.”
