Very helpful lady on the phone. Placing of order and plan for delivery very good indeed.
But communication with delivery service could be improved - driver had difficulty finding location in spite of post code and information given on phone. Also promises on notification of delivery time did not happen. Some communication would have been helpful. He phoned only when he couldn't find the delivery location!
