“I had 5 bulk bags of coastal pebbles over a few months each time service and quality was excellent. Must mention the delivery company drivers were helpful and friendly.”

“I was very pleased with the stone circle I bought from Decorative Gardens. The circle was delivered very quickly and in good condition.Form order to delivery only two days. The price was very competitive compared to others. I shall definitely use them again.”

“I ordered a pallet of gravel. The price was much cheaper for the exact same brand than I had seen anywhere else. The online order process was really easy. Delivery was as promised and the driver let me know he was on his way. He was pleasant, polite and happy to position the pallet exactly where I wanted it. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.”

“Rocks for the rockery were excellent but we should not be left to dispose of the metal caged pallet left by Palletways.”

Thanks for your review Keith. I'm pleased to hear you were happy with the rockery stone received. Unfortunately pallet companies do not collect used pallets/cages and if they did it would impact the cost of goods and delivery. Many customers repurpose pallets to create garden furniture. People will also come and collect them if advertised on sites like Gumtree, Freecycle or Facebook. Hope this helps.

“Excellent service from the company. Ordered two deliveries of stone which arrived the next day. Well packaged and of a high quality and very good value for money compared to Garden Centre prices locally. I was called in advance to let me know when they would be arriving. On both occasions the driver was happy to deliver without me being present.”

“Delivery man did his best but struggled to manage the heavy load with no mechanical assistance. Unable to deliver the order near to the house. The company let this man, and the customer down by failing to provide proper moving equipment. Disgraceful service.”

Hello Philip. Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the delivery service. As per our website and confirmation email, the pallet company we use do deliver kerbside only. Drivers will however do their best to get pallets as close to a customers property where possible. Looking at your order, I can see we did recommend the pallet company use a vehicle equipped with an electric pallet truck to assist the driver. We can only make suggestions to the pallet company and it's then down to their own discretion as to which size vehicle and equipment they send with the driver.

“Very good service and quick delivery. The driver was lovely and put the pallet of chippings just where I wanted them. I am so pleased with my purchase and my garden looks very nice now. Much cheaper buying large quantities than purchasing bags from the garden centres.”
