“Really pleased with the product, the price charged and the pre purchase service. My disappointment was with the delivery as I had to help the driver unload 100 poly bags from the lorry. The driver said that he had not been given an electric pallets mover and couldn't therefore move the bags on the wooden pallets. The job was very physically demanding and not something a customer should have to do.”

“The materials were excellent. The disappointing thing was that the material was left mainly on the pavement. Although I have a flat drive, there is an edge of an inch between the pavement and the drive. The truck that was used to move the pallet on which the material was placed from the lorry onto the pavement was unable to roll over the very small change in the surface.”

“Arrived in good time, ordered 10mm but more like pea gravel arrived. Not a problem though, still looks good 👍 Delivery driver was fantastic especially having to reverse 18 tonne vehicle 1/4 mile down to our house.”

“We ordered the large white marble pebbles and white gravel, which are both beautiful. They shine in the sun. The delivery was on the day expected and the pallet was brought near our garden door which was great. However, a third of the stones became yellow, rusty coloured or dirty if they were near wood or soil after a week, so we are now spending hours bleaching and impregnating all the pebbles with a sealer, which I think is essential to keep them looking pristine. Unfortunately, this is not possible with 1.6 tons of gravel.”

“Colour shown on website was of a very shiny glossy black chipping When it arrived it was a very light grey and covered in dust The colour does change to the glossy black but only when wet”

“Brilliant delivery and excellent granite. Ordered a bulk bag at £171 for 800kg. Didn’t order enough and should have ordered a ton. Needed to order another 25 bags at £196 so phoned to see if they could help with delivery and they said they couldn’t which was slightly disappointing at trade get 10% off so thought they might have helped in a small way. Saying that very pleased with quality and would buy from them again.”

“Ordered Scottish cobbles 80-12mm. A lot cobbles are much bigger than 120mm and not suitable for the gabion baskets. Otherwise really pleased with cobbles and blue slate which I also ordered in 800kg bags. Can't fault customer service as I live on a hill and needed to ensure they could be delivered. They were very helpful, and I was also advised that I would receive a phone call 30 min before delivery. The driver who I think is independent of the company didn't call and said they always say that! He also wanted to deliver at kerb side due to the incline despite me saying that he was supposed to deliver onto the drive. Would definitely order again as really pleased with the products.”

“Delivery and order no problems. The slate was a mix of flat slate and thicker non slate like shapes. Ordered plum slate but majority was grey slate with a very few plum and a few green pieces. This was sold as a premium product I feel miss described. I have seen better slate more uniform and totally flat slate shaped. Would not recommend this product”

“Easy site to use , good delivery service, my only issue was I believe the wrong size slate was delivered I ordered 40 mil and I got what looked more like 60/ 80 mil, I had to use it as I had arranged for help to more to back garden.”

“Kept informed of progress of date of delivery but no phone call 1 hr before arrival. Driver negotiated estate road and placed palate as near as possible to site. Gravel was as expected.”
