“Paid over 3 k for 14 pallets of bagged stone pebbles every pallet need to be hand ball as your pallet disintegrate when a pump truck is used bye your courier walkers so cost me £300 in extra labour hence poor review sorry this was over 3 deliveries so not just a one off”

With no reports of damages made at the time of each delivery and no other complaints about the quality of pallet from other customers or our hauliers, we are left unable to investigate without further information. As explained to you by our customer service team, the product you are looking to match is no longer supplied by us and the alternative product you have purchased is, as described online, a different size and colour to your original purchase. Your return is for a product which you have ordered, has arrived as described and you now wish to return.
