“The first delivery failed, as heating radiators where shipped on the pallet instead of gravel. Fortunately, I was in and the driver was very helpful. He waited until the gravel had been located, then returned to the depot and delivered later the same day. This time in a van with no tail lift. Fortunately, my house is near a building site, so we got the help of a fork lift driver and unloaded the pallet onto the drive. Unloading 50 bags of gravel by hand was not what I had planned.”
