Hi Dan, Whilst every reasonable care is taken, there can be some broken stones in our product as when they are handled, they will be subject to several drops. If there are any cracks in the stone, these may break. The dust on the product is also a result of the processing and also the fact they are 100% natural stone and will rinse away in time with the rain or can be done so manually with a hosepipe or similar. I hope you are pleased with the product now it is clean and thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.

“I ordered 3 bags of Polar White Cobbles 40-80mm in 2 separate deliveries costing me £612.03 and I couldn't regret it more! After less than a week of layering the stones in my garden, they started turning brown from pleasantly pure white! This was a a con as far as I can tell. The stones came coated in pure white powder and after a rain or two they have just started revealing the true colours under the coat which is extremely disappointing! I am now having to think of trying to paint these stones white which is going to be a painful task. If you are ordering this product be careful with the 4+ star rating. It is deceptive and misleading. I would have asked for my money back if I could return it.”

Hi Stephen, I am sorry to read your poor review. We certainly do not con people with our products. The polar white material is 100% natural stone and will have different shades of cream and white running through depending on how the rock has formed. This is explained in the product description. The "pure white" dust is simply smaller particles of the same material caused by the attrition of the stones rubbing together whilst being processed and will be rinsed away naturally over time with the rain or can be done so manually using a hose pipe or similar. I am sorry to hear that you are left dissatisfied with our product and understand the explanation provided here.

“the ordering service was brilliant ,the day came of delivery and it arrived earlyish which was great the only let down was having to use a wheelbarrow to move 2 tons of stone .I have to admit it looks great now exactly as described over the moon with the look of my garden.i would order again but please invest in a truck with a crane arm on.”
