“Overall great service, smooth and easy. The only slight annoying thing I picked up on was the weight of stones of each grab bag. I appreciate these are loaded automatically and will have an acceptable weight tolerance. So this will sound picky to most people now, but I ordered 7 tonnes of stones in the 20kg bags, so 350x bags, after moving a couple I noticed some were lighter than others, so I got the scales out and weighted some, of the 6 i weighed, one weighed 18kg, and the rest averaged between 19.3 to 19.5kg. Again, I know only a small margin of difference, but these stones were also wet in the bag. Being generous on my rough counting now, over 350 bags weighing about 19.3kg when dry, I must have been atleast 250kg or 12.5 bags of stone short of the 7,000kg I ordered. Only fractional but still around 4%. Obviously if your not ordering huge amounts of something then this difference will unlikely be noticeable to you. Delivery was fast, and a good service. Would recommend.”
