“Really easy and simple from start to finish. Website pictures are very accurate as to what you will receive. Easy to navigate online and much better prices compared to the big brands (B&Q, Wickes etc), so much cheaper for exactly the same thing and quality. The delivery was done on the day I asked for and the delivery driver was really helpful and wheeled the palette of rocks as close to where I needed them as he could. I can’t recommend Decorative Aggregates more. I would have problem using them again and would certainly recommend them to anyone I know personally.”

“Second delivery of slate but very different experience. Driver was unable/unwilling to leave the load anywhere but just inside our gateway. The previous week the slate was placed where we needed it. Different vehicles/drivers and experience.”

“It may not have been there fault, but 800kg bag turned up on a flimsy pallet and it took myself, my neighbour and the lorry driver 40 minutes to get it off the lorry. The pallet had given way and couldn't get the pallet truck under.”

“placed order. come delivery day it did not arrive. rang up asking where it was we will get back to you. they didnt rang again same thing. rang third time to be told it was not coming. This was 3pm ish and it was meant to be delivered first thing......Rescheduled delivery. This time it all worked. Driver was good and helpful. Shame the office staff let the side down”

“Delivery details were very specific so I realised we had access issues which were easily sorted out with a quick phone call. The delivery driver kept communication and was extremely friendly and helpful. With reasonable prices and superfast delivery on top of this I cant recommend decorative aggregates enough.”
