“Good quality and consistently sized 14mm Cotswold Gold shingle. Delivered on correct day and - unlike some competitors - the bags arrived on solid pallets that meant they weren't collapsing as they were being unloaded.”

“I would of given 5 stars but I paid £15 for next day delivery to be on the Monday and got a phone call on the day to say it had been delayed. This knocked my schedule off by a week. However when it arrived it was nicely packed on a pallet, very good quality in 20kg bags which were easier to manage than loose. I found the price to be very competitive. I am extremely happy with the product.”

“I ordered a bulk bag of 20mm Flamengo gravel, having previously ordered and received a sample, I knew the product was exactly what I required and the quality is superb. However, upon delivery, I asked the driver to place the pallet on my driveway to be told they would not do that and would leave the pallet at the end of my driveway, I asked if I could borrow his pallet truck to be told that he was not allowed to do that. I sent an e mail to Decorative Aggregates expressing my feelings and received a disinterested response referring me to their terms and conditions. If you follow a couple of links to their T&C's, it does mention kerbside delivery but this is not highlighted. If you're a private individual, be aware of this.”

“The quality of pea gravel 10mm-20mm that I ordered from Decorative Aggregates was great. I did have one issue whereby the first delivery made by Decorative Aggregates was incorrect - and although there was a bit of confusion with arranging the follow up collection and new delivery, they did resolve it in the end - and I was happy with the end result.”
