“Decorative Aggregates in my opinion are an excellent Company. They supply quality products at very competitive prices and are always a reliable supplier Unfortunately, they are dependent on local transport companies to finish the job and on this occasion, they were a little letdown but it was not a major problem for me as I am full time retired so when I was contacted to rearrange my delivery by the local company i was happy to help but then they never rearranged it from their end so I was left waiting all day for a delivery that never came and guess what it came on the day originally arranged with Decorative Aggregates still as I said it was not a big issue I'm fully retired just as well ?”

“Only problem was the ordering process. I understand the problem of using 3rd party hauliers, but only being able to confirm on the morning it is due that the delivery is actually coming is no use. I had to take a day off work to receive it and would have been livid if I'd found out on the morning that it wasn't coming. Also, your commitment to a "kerb-side only" delivery could not have worked. there was no safe place to leave the stone on the road so this was a worry to us. Both of these policies did cause us unnecessary concerns from when we ordered it until it arrived. As it was, the delivery was on time and the driver positioned it on our drive where we wanted it so there were no issues on the day.”

“Not sure what happened, but the driver had the wrong address on his delivery sheet. Apart from that everything was good, just a shame it couldn't be dropped where I needed it to be, a crane lorry would have been a help.”

“The product was excellent, the only issue is that the bag did not come in 850kg as when I first saw it online. It got reduced to an 830kg and then 800kg bag and now the job is 3/4 complete and I am 30kg short. I went online and tried to order three 20kg bags but the delivery is now £75.00. I am left a little short and have to source bags elsewhere which may not match.”
