“Only problem was the ordering process. I understand the problem of using 3rd party hauliers, but only being able to confirm on the morning it is due that the delivery is actually coming is no use. I had to take a day off work to receive it and would have been livid if I'd found out on the morning that it wasn't coming. Also, your commitment to a "kerb-side only" delivery could not have worked. there was no safe place to leave the stone on the road so this was a worry to us. Both of these policies did cause us unnecessary concerns from when we ordered it until it arrived. As it was, the delivery was on time and the driver positioned it on our drive where we wanted it so there were no issues on the day.”

“The product is perfect and the service was outstanding. When the delivery person arrived, they initially couldn't get the pallets off the lorry because the gap on the pallets was too narrow for the pallet truck forks to fit in. This was on Friday before the bank holiday weekend. They said they may not be able to resolve that day because of the holiday weekend but they went away and came back about an hour later and were able to get different pallets and finish the delivery. I know that this wouldn't have been easy to resolve, especially on a holiday weekend, so appreciate their efforts to resolve.”
