“Bought 1 ton of Welsh blue slate in 20kg bags this product is really good quality that just needed hosing to remove surface dust, the delivery driver put the pallet right next to the excavated bed, the product and service is first class I highly recommend Decorative Aggregates for value and their service. “First class service. First class product. First class company. Ordered 3 ton bags of blue slate to create Maintanance free garden. Both deliveries were excellent. Drivers very polite, helpful and friendly. Courtesy call before delivery. Excellent service highly recommend.”

“Wasn’t entirely happy being charged twice for next day delivery because it was 2 pallets on the same truck. That said delivery slot was btn 15.38 and 17.38. Waited until 17.30 as we had to be somewhere but figured we’ll take both cars off the drive just in case. Came back at 6.30. Delivery had been made. To our amazement, with a drive big enough to fit 3 to 4 cars, both 800kg bags of gravel were left on the pedestrian side walk!!! At that time of the evening / night .. as the builders had left, my wife and I had to shovel over one and half tonnes of gravel off the sidewalk onto the drive. I’ve got to say this was quite easily one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. I’d definitely not use again or recommend for that matter.”
