“This is the second time we have had a delivery from Decorative Aggregates. Each time the driver of the wagon has been polite and friendly and left the bag of slate pieces where we asked for it to be left. We have found your company to be value for money.”

Hello, thank you for your review. We're very sorry for any inconvenience the location of the bag caused. We outsource our deliveries to independent national third party couriers who are only able to deliver on the kerbside and will place the bag in a location they deem most safe which we advise within the delivery section on our website.

“I ordered some slate aggregate and two rolls of the membrane. When the order arrived one of the rolls of membrane had clearly been removed. I instantly rang decorative aggregates to explain what had happened. the person on the phone was very pleasant and helpfull and said they would get another roll out to me ASAP. This is exactly what happened. A great service and really good to speak to a helpful human.”
