“Very helpful! As first time buyers we were nervous about the whole process and didnt have a clue! Thanks to deal direct, who explained the whole process and put us at ease, it all went smoothly and was granted a mortgage in no time. Every email was replied to quickly. “I had issues with my credit file and struggled to get a remortgage, I didn’t want to keep doing hard credit searches so deals direct were able to see who would likely approve and followed through the application. Service has been great throughout would highly recommend”
