“Started off great and seemed the process was flowing.. after few weeks got very frustrating and paper work lost on several occasions which added time. I was constantly sending emails and felt we were not guided through this process at all. Repeating the same steps over and over due to files not being updated and miscommunication between office and assistant. For the £1k fee Deals Direct do not justify the amount. My advice go elsewhere!!”

“I am within reach of completing my mortgage and moving into my very first home, but I have to say it would not have been possible without the hard work of Deal Direct. Nicky Lane has gone above and beyond to make this process as smooth, easy and as clear as possible from start to (nearly) finish. There are a lot of things I didnt know, being a first time buyer, but Nicky was happy to answer any and all my questions. I was regularly updated with the progress of my application and anytime paperwork or information was required Nicky would let me know there and then, so as to ensure there were no delays from their side. I had a few issues relating to the property I was purchasing, but Nicky made sure she provided me with a few different options in order to resolve this issue and move forward. Once my mortgage had been officially offered I was provided the opportunity to speak with the company's protection and mortgage sales manager, Nigel Button. Nigel was friendly and informative and never at any point did he make me feel pressured or as though I had to use his services. Although I spoke directly with Nicky and Nigel, I know that there a number of others who were working hard behind the scenes to enable me to buy my first property. I cant thank the team enough for their assistance throughout this and I can testify first hand that this company will look after you and I would highly recommend them to anyone.”
