“Excellent service from start to finish. Kept in the loop through the whole process, they do exactly what they say they will do. I would have no problem recommending Ddfs to anyone. Lee Conway went out of his way to help, nothing was to much trouble.”

“Despite the very dragged out and complicated remortgage this was your team had been fantastic and accommodating though out. Replies were prompt and helpful always, and we felt we were kept in the loop as much as was necessary! “I approached deals direct in order to remortgage and pay off existing credit card debts. I was assisted by Karly Storer who made the enquiry easy,quick and very straight forward. I was impressed with her knowledge and speed in which she progressed the application. I did not think that given the amount of outstanding consolidation debts i had, it would be so easy. She clearly knew her stuff and my only regret is that i didn't call sooner. From start to finish the remortgage took 4 weeks. Outstanding service. Thank you.”

“Your online service for mortgage/remortgage deals and advice is the best I have ever come across. I wish every mortgage owner will about you and your services. Very straightforward, credible, no delay in getting offer agreed and the confidence you profess in your approach with customers is incredibly amazing. “Very professional company and adviser (karly). I could not recommend both high enough. Having worked in regulation for a long time it was refreshing to be a customer of a company that holds customer service at a high regard. The adviser was in constant touch , answered my emails immediately , followed up anything i asked and clearly went the extra mile... I would not hesitate to use again and to recommend to anyone wanting to use a professional and efficient company.”

“I cannot express how delighted I am with Karly Storer! She totally surpassed my expectations with her empathetic & proactive attitude, her sheer determination & responsiveness, and thorough and diligent approach. My situation was as follows: On the day I was set to complete on my Nationwide Mortgage offer, I was called up by my solicitor to say there was an issue with my mortgage funds not being passed from Nationwide to the seller. You can imagine how my heart dropped - I had collected the keys that morning and was stood in the flat getting quotes from builders for renovation work at that exact moment! After hours of both my solicitor and I chasing, we found out that 2 weeks prior, Nationwide had withdrawn my offer of a mortgage and failed to let me, or my solicitor know. That said, it didn't stop the vendor's solicitor from serving a notice to complete I was panicking as I realised my deposit was hanging in the balance. I was so daunted by the thought of going through the mortgage process all over again and didn't know where to start. After my online enquiry, Karly called me right away - she was the first, in fact (I made enquiries to a number of companies). She heard my story with most empathy and told me she'd act right away. I was naturally quite sceptical, due to my recent surprise with Nationwide, but I trusted her anyway and it totally paid off. Karly kept in close contact with me by phone and email numerous times a day. She found a new product for me straight away and made the whole process transparent - she told me what each step of the process looked like and how long it might take if we acted quickly. She literally said she'd "make it her mission to see me through it" and that is exactly what she did - we got a DIP the same day, then survey undertaken, offer granted and completed. All of this took 4 days! The estate agents, my solicitor and the vendor's solicitor said they'd never seen it done so fast and diligently. It was an emotional rollercoaster and Karly really supported me through it. I cannot explain enough what she star she is - I am a very particular person and she totally met and surpassed my expectations. I felt in safe hands and have utmost respect for her and hope she gets the recognition she genuinely deserves. Will definitely recommend! Thank-you SO much Karly!”
