“The whole process was handled very well and if it was not for a couple of technical issues that came up it would have been straightforward. The support given was fantastic on the whole. However, there was an issue that could have been resolved quicker if the information and explanation as to why it was required to meet certain criteria in such a manner had been more forthcoming (We all learned something from this information).”

“Kate was great, always got back to me but most of all did a lot of work to find a solution. I would recommend your service and think the fee was well earned as Kate put a lot of work and looked at different ways round my circumstances, I cant thank her enough thanks Mr McIntyre”

“Through no fault of their own it wasn't plain sailing. But through every step they kept me informed and chased the solicitors continuely on my behalf. Very pleasant staff, I can't fault any of them and will use them again.”
