“They provided a bespoke product for our re-mortgage. We have tried many other companies, but I just was not pleased with their customer services as that's important for me. Till I called Deals Direct. They provided 100% support by keeping us updated as needed. I was confident that Lee would get the job done from the minute I spoke with him for the 1st time. He was honest with the advice he was giving and knew what he was talking about. So, we wasted no time at all as time is very precious for us. We are happy with the rate, the offer, the friendliness and politeness of the staff. Amazing! All other companies need to be this way because of people like us with not much time to spare. Deals Direct did it all. We only listened, decided, provided documents required - DONE! Keep up the good job guys!”

“We used Melodie to sort our Mortgage when we first bought our house and she was absolutely brilliant. We have since re-morgaged and second property and had a renewal come up on our on Home and each time we have gone back to Melodie. She goes above and beyond to help and is always on hand if you need her. Would highly recommend her and will use her for life now!”
