“Really good, and sustained support from Yasmin at DDFS. I'm not the most organised of people in terms of supplying key documents in a timely way, but Yasmin stuck with it and I got the good deal I was hoping for.”

“Don't really know what to say.started ok at the being and as time when on it went worse ... different people dealing with my mortgage.. not really what I would expect from a company . Then today got a email to say that your fees have be taken out of my account when I have spoken to Melodie last week And advice her when payment will be made .... So asked for them to put the money back in to my account and will take 48 hour .... If there is a note on my file not to take payment .why has it been taken? Not happy at all”

“I am glad to say I have been extremely happy using Deal Direct as I couldn't fault them. They were always available whenever I needed them. Especially Melody Kett who is a lovely person in her own right, highly efficient, patient and understanding. I have a small property business and because of my age my situation was very complex so she had a very difficult job finding a suitable mortgage for me. Nothing was a problem to her and she would ring or email me out of working hours to deal with issues I had concerns with. All the staff are courteous and friendly and nothing is a problem to them. They also have a good solicitor service. You would be wise not to bother looking elsewhere but to use this company as its the best relationship I have ever had with a mortgage broker and I have had many in the past. They are not judgmental or hindered like the well known mortgage companies who couldn't or wouldn't help me get a mortgage As they promised my mortgage was competed on time without any problem, I would highly recommend Deal Direct mortgage brokers and when the time comes I will not hesitate to use them again.”
