“Our case handler was called Gavin Mears and all the way through the process Gavin and the team kept us informed and up to date, in fact they kept the whole process very personnel and very stress free. We know we absolutely made the right choice of broker by the end of the process. I cannot recommend Deal Direct enough to anybody who is thinking of going for a mortgage / Remortgage.”

“The Deal Direct team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for us to make informed decisions quickly, minimising the end to end time to process complex transactions among a number of parties. Special mention to Michael Axtell and his team, who exemplified these points.”
