“Very well organised, very nice professional people to deal with, a little disappointed on how long the process took, however I do understand with circumstances as they are in the country this was unavoidable.”

“It's a second time I used their service for remortgage with debt consolidation. Like always professional and polite. Always response for calls and messages. It takes longer than I expected but this is because of covid situation. They was the last who lost the faith in final success. Brilliant service. Can't recommend enough.”

“I have given Deal Direct 4 stars because I'm pleased with the rate they got for me. However there were a couple of glitches along the way, including a mistake on the value of the property - which limited pur loan - & setting up an interest-only mortgage which was NOT what we required. However the final outcome - though slow - was good & Covid-19 may well have affected their efficiency as I dealt with 5 different agents - which can't be easy for them.”
