“I am very happy to say Deal Direct was very easy to work with the communication was a hundred percent. I dealt with Karly and she's been the best through the whole process. “Beth was initially very prompt and always inn contact up until the money was paid to DDFS but after that it all slowed down a bit. This was however half my fault as the info required was slow from my accountant. All this being said we got there in the end and it was all relatively simple.”

“Very fast service, ie able to advise me on first call what products were available without going into the detail, rather than wait several weeks as per my previous experience with another broker.
