“Deal Direct service is good, particularly the financial broker Annette. Her job is so reliable and efficient. For instance, If I send an email today, I am guaranted to get reply tomorrow. Annette's delicate job is very much appreciated. However, the Solex Legal Services is not good ( I assume it is partnership with Deal Direct Service as they deal with legal paper side). My mortgage was approved at least one month ago, and now I am still waiting for the completion date.”
