“I have given Deal Direct 4 stars because I'm pleased with the rate they got for me. However there were a couple of glitches along the way, including a mistake on the value of the property - which limited pur loan - & setting up an interest-only mortgage which was NOT what we required. However the final outcome - though slow - was good & Covid-19 may well have affected their efficiency as I dealt with 5 different agents - which can't be easy for them.”

“My first contact Mark Dickety was what seemed very helpful ,but after 5 weeks I found out he had'nt taken our re morgatge anywhere ,even telling me he was waiting to get a offer accepted .5 weeks into this Jessica wearie took over it all started to get on track all the ladies I then have dealings with Mollie ,Leigh ,Emma and Hayley couldnt have been more helpful .”

“Very professional attitude throughout my journey. They were always happy to answer any of my queries which was very reassuring. It allowed me to make an informed decision without feeling rushed. They made it fairly easy to do everything via email especially during exceptional circumstances and feel I ended with a very good deal as a result and affordable. My only criticism at first I was receiving various phones calls with different numbers which was a bit disconcerting and almost caused me to not want to answer the calls.”

“I was contacted in advance of my mortgage deal expiring and presented with various options. The process of choosing a new deal was straightforward and efficient. This was the third time I have used Deal Direct and I would expect to use them again in the future.”
