I have given Deal Direct 4 stars because I'm pleased with the rate they got for me. However there were a couple of glitches along the way, including a mistake on the value of the property - which limited pur loan - & setting up an interest-only mortgage which was NOT what we required. However the final outcome - though slow - was good & Covid-19 may well have affected their efficiency as I dealt with 5 different agents - which can't be easy for them.
