“We successful completed our mortgage application. We seemed have an endless stream of papers to complete usually addressed by email to us by different people. Then we had difficulty finding out how we were paying the surveyor which eventually got sorted. Then we had requests for additional documentation. Before we had submitted we got a text from Skiptonto say a mortgage offer had been issued. This happened three times. We were confused so we rang our original contact and he clarified. One contact name and thread would be so much easier for your customers. We recognised that this was probably down to the financial regulatory controls which are obviously necessary to avoid bad debt etc”
