“Very grateful to Mark Dickety and his team. What Deal Direct do very well is absolute understand the market. There’s no guess work. Mark proactively spoke with the lender to ensure my circumstances fit their lending criteria, avoiding unnecessary credit applications. Compared to other so-called big name brokers who boast about charging no fees, they lack the expertise of Deal Direct...fee, well deserved!! Thank you Mark & team. RB”

“Really informed mortgage advice. My circumstances were a little out of the ordinary and it required an in-depth knowledge of borrowing to find a solution, which DDFS did. In terms of improving the service, my initial rep went cold on me at one stage when he thought I was time wasting even though I explained that I was away in the US at the time. I then had to repeatedly chase him which was a little disappointing. Lastly you are too persistent looking for feedback! Nonetheless thank you. I would, without hesitation, recommend DFFS.”

“Sometimes felt like communication between agents was poor. Speaking to each agent individually was a great experience and everyone was so helpful and ensured they gave me all of the information. However i felt like no next steps were there. Great overall though!”
