“Had a minor (and understandable) issue with the items on my order and the customer service could not of been better. It was remedied quickly, effectively and with great communication. A particular thank you to Diane. Highly recommend these guys, I will certainly be a returning customer.”

“Great product and looks very professional but found tucking the raw edges around the frame was to hide from view was very difficult, almost impossible. Would suggest the the kiss cut depth is excessive and could be reduced by a 2mm.”

“Very good lampshade products. When I telephoned to discuss some questions I had the staff were very helpful. The result was a very good lampshade that looked professional made. Delivery was very quick considering I requested sticky backed stiffening to be supplied cut to size as the shade was quite large. One very pleased customer.”

“Ordered some parchment lamp material to repair a large floor standing lamp. The material was an excellent match to the original. I get the impression Dannell’s is a proper old fashioned retailer as it provides excellent customer service. The material can be purchased by length and is hand cut and packaged. Despatch was timely and, although it took a little longer than I expected to prepare and despatch (I now realise because it’s prepared by a person not a robot), Dannell’s provided regular updates. In summary, excellent service all round and a good quality product.”
