“Having used Dannell's (Needcraft) products for many years now, I could talk about the excellent range and quality of products, the super fast delivery (many times Diane and the team have helped me out of a fix of my own making!), the friendly, helpful and informative team but it's when things go awry that is a true measure of a company: whether it's an internal or courier error, Dannell's can only be praised for their fast, friendly and positive approach to problem solving. I cannot rate the team highly enough; keep it up!”
