“We bought a cylinder which turned out to be the wrong sort. Trevor told us to order and pay for a new one then we would return the old one. The driver delivered the new one and collected the old one but it went missing. Trevor has told us that he is busy and not even interested in finding it. We are £700 out of pocket and good old Trevor has our money. Terrible and dishonest. do not use!”

“Cylinder is good unfortunately the delivery driver delivered on a day we had not arranged it was due to arrive on Monday however arrived on Friday, luckily a neighbour spotted the driver leaving the cylinder on the front drive and before driving off he managed to catch up with him telling him he cant just leave it there and luckily offered to have it put in his garage until we arrived home from work. So that is slightly disconcerting considering we had spent over £500 on this product. However we are aware that this is the courier.”

“I live and work in the Highlands of Scotland and we have used cylinders2go three times in last 12 months. What can I say - faster than getting a tank from the local plumbers merchant (unless they have the specific item in stock). The quality is very good and it arrives as a complete kit for unvented tanks. Delivery is very fast indeed, no extra charges and no fuss - if you need it to go a site and provide correct details then no problems have been encountered so far. They will phone you direct to make sure. And I mean delivery is fast - average has been 2 working days which up here from the "Mainland UK" is little short of amazing. I think they should concentrate their sales up here personally....... Price is "very competitive". So far I am happy to give an unreserved 5 stars to this company. If every company I dealt with was this good I would be a happy chap. If you have problems believing this then feel free to contact me.”

“After the usual Internet search we all use nowadays to get the best price !!! I found cylinders 2 go not only the most honest and helpful but one of the best prices as well The services was great, efficient and no hassle at all Although I was concerned the delivery was not tracked, it was one of the best deliveries we have had in a long time, great driver great communication regarding arrival time and most helpful and polite. I could not have asked for anymore at all Thank you We would not hesitate to buy from you again and will certainly recommend you Mike Swanage Dorset”

“You probably can't improve on your existing service. The only problem we had (not our fault!) was our hot water cylinder decided to start leaking just before Christmas, we ordered a replacement from you, but you were closed (as most of the rest of the country appears to be nowadays) between Christmas & after New Year, so we couldn't receive the product until Wed 3rd Jan. Otherwise an excellent service.”

“Good value with a 10 year guarantee unfortunately my combination tank arrived damaged (probably dropped by the courier) but didn't notice until after signing for it. Managed to reshape the top tank myself and fitted. Would advise to make courier wait while you unwrap and check it.”
