You probably can't improve on your existing service. The only problem we had (not our fault!) was our hot water cylinder decided to start leaking just before Christmas, we ordered a replacement from you, but you were closed (as most of the rest of the country appears to be nowadays) between Christmas & after New Year, so we couldn't receive the product until Wed 3rd Jan. Otherwise an excellent service.
